The Reason the Food is Excellent

The executive chef and owner is Jimmy Maddin. He has over 40-years of experience in the restaurant business. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and spent 25 years at a major hotel and casino in Las Vegas as executive chef and vice president of food and beverage prior to opening WTF Burger Bar.

You've probably seen their beers in grocery stores in the United States and all around Cabo.  Now you can visit the actual pub's that launched the famous beer brand.  You can even take a tour of Baja California Sur's first brewery.

 

You'll find everything from pub fare that includes Shepherd's pie and burgers, to staples like wood-fired pizza and salads, to upscale cuisine created with fish that was line-caught earlier in the day.  The cantinas also feature an ever-changing lineup of live music to keep the Cabo energy going each and every night.

Our original restaurant is adjacent to the Baja Brewery, which is fittingly located in the historic art district of San José del Cabo.  This venue includes a beautiful outdoor beer garden where live music is featured throughout the week.

Situated on the rooftop terrace of the famous Cachet Beach Club hotel on Medano Beach, our restaurant is in the heart of all the action. No other restaurant in Cabo has a view like ours.

It's easy to find our restaurant overlooking the marina. Just look for the giant donkey out front.
